In my experience BitCommet is the fastest Torrent downloadind utility. The only annoyance I have with BitCommet is the Update Recommendations it has as it starts up. However, that is a harmless annoyance, otherwise BitCommet, in my opinion, is the best way to go when downloading Torrent files.
